That is so funny! I love it! Did your dad tell you about the time he came over to Boise and we played Settlers with Brian? Your Dad spilled a huge glass of milk on the board--right after we set it up. (blasphemy). But no worries--it cleaned up just fine. Every time I get the game out, I think of your dad. So, who won??? Did you guys blame the win on the dark? :)
Way to go Mel! Tornado, tsunami, hurricane, avalanche, flood, blizzard, power outage...you guys are prepared! I'm glad you guys are prepared with entertainment too! I mean hey, if I were going to be trapped in the dark forever, I'd sure be hoping I had a fun game to play! :) Way to have all bases covered.
haha Kristy I hadn't heard that story, but it comes as no surprise. And just for the record, I won, and no cheating was involved just because it was dark :)
Tonight our power was out for over an hour, but no one panicked because we were prepared to do what we had to.....
